Terror in Paris
Paris, a romantic city to all, is now a nightmare as a shooting rampage kills more than 100 people on Friday night. According to French television, it all started at the Bataclan Concert Hall where numerous hostages were held before ultimately being shot and killed. Reportedly two gunmen were shot by police at the scene.
It's also been reported that a suicide bombing had occurred near a sports stadium - the Stade de France - as well as gunfire at a few restaurants.
The French President Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency, according to Time, and ordered restriction on France's borders, stating in a conference that all responsible for the deadly attacks will be fought "without mercy" and that France must be strong in the face of terrorism.
In January, Paris suffered an equally horrific tragedy when a dozen were killed at the popular magazine "Charlie Hebdo."
President Obama briefly addressed the terror in Paris, stating, "This is an attack not just on Paris, it's an attack not just on the people of France, but this is an attack on all of humanity and the universal values that we share."
